At EuvanaWellness™, we carefully prepare, package, and ship every order with attention to quality and product integrity. Our goal is to make sure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as reasonably possible.
By placing an order with EuvanaWellness™, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined below, subject to any rights provided to you under applicable law.
Domestic Shipping 🇺🇸
EuvanaWellness™ is currently shipping throughout the United States.
Standard Shipping
Shipping Fee: $8.00
Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days before being handed to the shipping carrier. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Free Standard Shipping
Orders totaling $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days
The order total used to determine free shipping eligibility is based on the applicable merchandise subtotal and may exclude certain taxes, fees, discounts, or other charges.
Express Shipping
Shipping Fee: $15.00
Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days
Express shipping refers to the carrier transit time after your order has been processed and shipped. Express shipping does not necessarily reduce the standard order-processing period.
Express shipping availability may vary depending on the product, destination, carrier availability, or other circumstances.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders may take longer to process during periods of:
- High order volume
- Holidays
- Promotions or sales
- Severe weather
- Carrier disruptions
- Unexpected operational delays
Orders are normally processed in the order in which they are received.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

EuvanaWellness™ offers international shipping to selected countries and destinations.
International Standard Shipping
Shipping Fee: $20.00
Estimated transit time: 7–21 business days
Orders totaling $200 or more qualify for free international standard shipping, where international shipping is available.
Estimated transit time: 7–21 business days
International delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary significantly depending on the destination country and customs processing.
International orders may experience delays due to:

- Customs processing
- Local carrier delays
- Weather
- Holidays
- Transportation disruptions
- Import restrictions
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Other circumstances outside of our reasonable control
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, customs processing fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authority, or shipping carrier.
These charges are generally separate from the shipping fee paid to EuvanaWellness™ and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
EuvanaWellness™ does not control the amount, timing, or collection of customs charges and is not responsible for fees imposed by a destination country or its authorities.
Customers are responsible for determining whether products purchased from EuvanaWellness™ may legally be imported into their country.
If an international shipment is refused, held, returned, or abandoned because the customer is unable or unwilling to pay applicable customs charges or because the product cannot legally be imported, any refund or reshipment will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment, unit, suite, postal code, and any other information required for successful delivery.
EuvanaWellness™ is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, additional shipping charges, or delivery failures caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping address.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the carrier receives or scans the package.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive packages when necessary.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at:

For packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, building management, mailrooms, and other appropriate delivery locations.
For damaged shipments, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
- A description of the damage

Perishable & Temperature-Sensitive Products
Some EuvanaWellness™ products, including sea moss gel, may require refrigeration or special handling.
Because temperature-sensitive products can be affected by transit time, weather, carrier delays, and conditions after delivery, shipping availability and shipping methods may vary depending on the product and destination.
We may restrict or temporarily suspend shipping of temperature-sensitive products when necessary to help protect product quality and safety.
Customers are responsible for promptly receiving temperature-sensitive shipments and following the product's storage and refrigeration instructions after delivery.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ship orders within the estimated timeframes listed above, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
EuvanaWellness™ is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, customs, natural disasters, holidays, transportation interruptions, or other unforeseen events.
A shipping delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
